Our Forever Formals Sydney consultants are here to help you create memories that will last forever and to make sure that everyone who experiences a Forever Formal package has the best possible experience, it is a requirement that the initial booking representative is responsible for, and aware that:
- We take no responsibility for the actions or behaviour of yourself or any of your group at the event.
- The deposit payment is due within a week of receiving a temporary booking confirmation (subject to venue). Please note bookings are not secured until the deposit is received. If you are unsure if your event will be refundable please ask our staff.
- The organiser is responsible for making sure all guest arrive to events on time. Late arrive may result in missed events, activities and/or transport. This will not result in a refund or compensation of any kind.
- The number of guests you pay a deposit for will be the number of seats/tickets we confirm. Additions will be subject to availability.
- The organiser is responsible for a Forever Formals Package booking and responsible for ensuring that all money, forms and information are supplied for in time by all members of the group travelling on the Forever Formals Package.
- Your rough numbers are required to place a booking.
- For most events final numbers are due a minimum of 14 days before your event unless your package includes transport, cruise or accommodation, 30 days.
- The deposit payment will be deducted in full from the final payment.
- The final balance for any Forever Formals Package must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the Forever Formals Package commencement date.
- No documents, tickets, confirmations or vouchers for the Forever Formals Package will be released to the organiser until the booking has been paid in full.
- The organiser must ensure that everyone travelling on a Forever Formals Package is aware of the terms and conditions.
- The organiser must be aware that the booking may be cancelled if full payment is not received by the due date and any payments will be subject to our cancellation policy.
- There may be a non-negotiable $50 surcharge for all late payments.
- A payment receipt must be sent through when making online transactions
- There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
- No individual payments will be accepted, please ensure the organiser collects all payments and makes a lump sum payment for both the deposit & final payment.
- The organiser is responsible for and acknowledges that they are providing details of all guests travelling on a Forever Formals Package, including but not limited to names, dietary requirements, fitness levels, special needs, payment specifications, group requirements etc. and that the Forever Formals Consultant will pursue the booking request and offer advice based on the information supplied by the organiser. The organiser acknowledges that they are responsible for providing true and accurate information to Forever Formals at the time of booking. Any misinformation provided by the organiser that impacts the Forever Formals Package will be at the responsibility of the organiser and not the Forever Formals Consultant.
Venues, Activities, Tours, Accommodation and Transport Fine Print
Our Forever Formals consultants want to create the best event possible for you. Please make all your guests aware of the terms and condition that affect all our venues, activities, tours, accommodation and transport so there is no confusion or surprises at the event.
- There is no touching of any of the venue’s staff or damaging their venue. Some venues will ask for a bond to secure the booking.
- Some events require minimum total numbers for the event to go ahead. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative venue in this case. If we cannot find what we consider a suitable alternative your final payment (less the deposit) will be refunded. If final payment has not yet been made at the time of cancellation we will refund 50% of the deposit amount if there is no alternative venue available.
- Many of our venues will not allow outside beverages of any kind, sealed or otherwise (this includes water bottles).
- We can take your preference for a stripper but we cannot guaranteetheir availability ahead of time.
- Alcohol and food cannot be consumed on your transport (limo, hummer, shuttle, party bus etc)
- All guests must arrive to the event on time. Late arrival my result in missed events, activities and/or transport. This will not result in a refund or compensation of any kind.
- No objects made of glass can be brought into any licensed premises and must be approved by Forever Formals 5 days prior to your event for coaches, limos, hummers and boats.
- No outside food can be brought to any of our venues without prior permission through Forever Formals.
- All venues are subject to minimum numbers, if the minimum number cannot be reached you may still have to pay for that amount of people for your event to go ahead.
- All venues and activities strictly adhere to RSA Laws.
- All menus are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the venue.
- No weapons can be brought to any event. (real or fake)
- With all events, venue and activities the management retains the right to refuse service or entry regardless of payment. This will not result in a refund or compensation of any kind so please do not turn up to your event under the influence or cause trouble inside the venue.
- All packages are subject to change in activities and performance numbers if bookings are low.
- Outside alcohol cannot be brought onto any licensed premises (This includes gifts and unopened bottles) and the venues reserve the right to search guests bags and pockets for hidden alcohol and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone breaking the rules (no refunds to people trying to sneak in alcohol)
- Any photos of you or your group taken at our event may be uses for advertising or marketing purposes.

Agency
Forever Formals acts as an agent only. We sell various products on behalf of numerous transport, event venue and other wholesale service providers. Forever Formal’s obligation is to make bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and other service providers. Whilst the highest care is taken by Forever Formals to work with high quality venues and companies, we have no responsibility for these services nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these individual service providers. Please be aware that a specific Forever Formals Package may be made up of several service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not Forever Formals. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with Forever Formals.
